Tech Mahindra — regarding my fnf and experience letter

My name is ayashya khati, ex employee of tech mahindra [bsg] ltd. Emp id : 533886. I served and completed my notice period of 30 days on nov 24th, 2018, resignation date[oct 22, 2018] without leave any doing extra day work as well still my fnf is not released. I have put complaint and raised the ticket in exit formalities portal site couple of times and i am not getting any response for the expected date of processing of my fnf and service letter.

For the notice it is already above 60 days of resignation still i didn't receive my fnf and service letter due to which i am facing difficulties in my current organisation as i had to submit my service letter within 60 days.
