Tech Mahindra — regarding offer letter status (14/12/2019)

Hi,

My name is yamini. My interview was scheduled on 14th dec 2019.
I cleared all the rounds and post hr discussion i was told within 10 days i would be receiving offer letter. Also, twice i was asked to share documents.
Till date i haven't received any update.
Inspite of multiple followup.
I would request you to provide me some update.

I tried to withdraw my tech Mahindra pf amount and I was been credited with 29 rupees.

When contacted the HR says my money got linked with some Pune account.

No support provided how to withdraw the amount. Please look into the issue asap.
