Tech Mahindra — Regarding registration of my Application for 2021

I am facing an issue with the registration form that By mistake I filled the form by entering cgpa instead of percentage for one field and submitted it. Now when I am trying to re-register again, it's showing me that I already get registered but I didn't get any details about my registered id.
