Tech Mahindra — Registration Failure

I had registered for Tech Mahindra off campus drive and while filling, I have entered my CGPA instead of the percentage. I haven't got any email from your side for confirmation of registration, although I was trying to re-registering, I am getting a message that I have already been registered.(but haven't received any registration id or pin ) I kindly request you to fix this problem. Please reply as soon as possible so that I can register for the job.
