Tech Mahindra — resignation

I want my resignation asap but the hr is saying me to serve a 30 days notice period even my tl is not taking care for resignation i am having exam on may 2 as mba second year but they are playing with me this is really ridiculous. I have worked for nearly 1.5 year how can i leave my experience letter neither i can't get fail in my exam
Please kindly look into this issue
