Tech Mahindra — SBI Cards - Reason for application rejection

Dear sir, I had applied for a Sbi Platinum card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to your residence. I got one message from SBI Please give us 11 working days to process your application .But when i checked online its showing "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time." I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejecting my application. APP NO:[protected] D.O.B: 21.05.1990
