Dear VSSKNITHYA, I have also facing problem with Philips W6610 Navy mobile I had submitted my mobile to ACCEL FRONTLINE PUNE Maharashtra Shivajinagar. Already told them there is a problem with my keypad BACK Home Buttons not working, as they submitted my mobile & given back after 1 month as 1 problem solved (BACK button) but home button still facing same problem., Kindly arrange to complete the service and do the needful urgently.
