I come across few HR's who are working with Tech Mahindra and actively working in Talent Acquisition Team are collecting money from the candidates and role out offer letters for Non Voice Freshers. For your understanding I am sending FIVE job aspirants’ names who are having poor communication skills are shortlisted for final round of interview and don’t have 35/wpm speed of typing also.

As a ex-employee of Tech Mahindra I felt very bad to know that these type of things are happening in Tech Mahindra and bring it to your notice to overcome from these kind of things which spoils the reputation of the COMPANY in the market.
