Tech Mahindra — Unable to take test due to registration identity

Address: 63, Kalyani Ammal layout, Gandhi nagar post, Udumalpet

I have not recieved my registration Id for interview so that I can't attend the test but I have recieved my tech mahendra link for test with which the cannot be done.
