Hi,
I worked in Tech Mahindra from 14/03/2014 to 12/01/2016.
My PF ID when i joined TechM is PUPUN[protected] and for this my PAN card details were considered, during same tenure UAN was launched and they created UAN taking Adhar details as reference.
now i am not working from, i am trying to withdraw pf amount but it is not giving me an option for it, I raised a grievance for it in https://epfigms.gov.in/Grievance/GrievanceMaster and i got the reply as below
"This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROPUN/E/2019/08197.
It is informed that your grievance is being treated as non-actionable due to the following reason(s):
1) With reference to your grievance, it is informed you that, your previous PF a/c not settled. 2) Please submit online F/13 for the same. 3) Please update your UAN name as per Aadhar details. 4) A new functionality has been introduced vide EPFO, letter No NDC/2017/UAN/pt/2741 dated 21.11.2017 whereby you(member) can give online request to your employer for correction in Name, DOB, Gender. You are requested to visit the following website for further action. https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberninterface/ 5) Then submit F/13 through online & submit withdrawal claim through online F/19-10C.
Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office.Please quote the same in your future correspondence."
