Hi my name komal raut and working tech mahidra shardha cente pune.

I have complain i am sending daily work tracker but as per manager padeep no need send tracker. Then how can i show work.

Actually all newly hire employee leave companies with 2 to 3 moths due to manager behavior and process work it. Restricted on all activities like lauch. Arranging unethical shift timing and changing shift with out roster.

Updated by komalraut887 I tried to talk to him regarding this but still (manger pradeep )he talks very rudely. .it total mental harassment.how can i serves in this compney 4 only Month done this company.

I worked for Verizon. I left the company in 2011 and i went to abroad and now I have to join Genpact they are saying to get the relieving letter before joining. I sent somany emails still no response. Please help me
