3. **January 2:** Received an email stating that my Digi verification was closed as Red, citing specific document requirements.
4. **Same day (January 2):** Promptly submitted all requested documents in adherence to the given instructions.
5. **Subsequent month:** Despite my continuous follow-ups through calls, emails, and text messages, there was no acknowledgment or feedback on the status of my application.
6. **Received terse rejection text on phone:** The rejection message was conveyed through a simple text message on my phone without any clear reasons for the decision. Multiple attempts to communicate were ignored.
