Tech Mahindra — Unprofessional behaviour in training batch selection

I want to draw your attention on the following matter as it appears that this is a case of clear unprofessionalism and biasness in the pre process training batch regarding the system pick up. I was a part of preprocess batch that has been handled by Sandeep Bhaskara from last couple of weeks. Toward the end of preprocess training we are suppose to move to process training and as per our trainer system pick from the office was required for that which was organised by Sandeep on last Friday. However due to some medical condition I was not able to reach Hyderabad and not able to collect the system on that particular day and I informed the same to Sandeep as well. Rest of the people were in Hyderabad and they successfully collected the system on that day except 4 folks they are Kalpesh, Ratnamala, Shradha and I. I reached out to Sandeep and requested him that I would be there in Hyderabad and will collect the system on Monday if this is possible, on that note he denied that and informed that this is not possible anymore and as a consequence I will be in LOP till the time next batch is started. As a matter of fact I understood it since I was not able to reach Hyderabad on time. However Sandeep intentionally took two of people in his process training batch after denying me directly where as these two people Ratnamala and Shradha were still not in Hyderabad and will reach on Monday. So my clear question is if system pick up is possible for these two people why not for me, as I have informed Sandeep clearly that I would also reach Hyderabad on Monday. There is a clear discrimination between the people in training batch by making it a trainer’s choice who would be in and who will be out, which is a complete unprofessional thing a trainer does from his end. I didn’t have any idea that techmahindra does this unprofessional behaviour in order to select people for the training batch.

Therefor, I would request you look into this matter. I would very much appreciate your prompt response on this and also looking forward to follow the escalation matrix further.
