Tech Mahindra — Unreceived registration ID and PIN in tech mahindra

I didn't receive registration ID and registration PIN in Techmahindra portal after completed the registration process. But I received online test link in mail. Now I am unable to take the test without enter the registration ID and PIN.so please provide them.
