I ordered the product on 19 Nov 2022. The product was damage when I opened the product box. After that I called to the company customer helpline. They told me to complain on their customer helpline email so i did it. But till I didn't get any kind of response from them. After that I call them again and again but don't pick the call after that I WhatsApp them at that time someone reply me that I'm here only for confirming orders. I ask them to replace my product. I also have a unboxing video of the damage product. Kindly please help me.
