We have been scanning the Internet and social media for a while now and have decided to break our silence on this matter. As a company that is committed to ethical business practices and above par professional behaviour, we feel that it is important for us to record our version on this troll and let the netizens judge what is right and what isn't!
Employer abuse in India isn't something new. Every enterprise that has stood its ground, scoring high on morality and best business practices, ironically, get abused. People who abuse companies most definitely fall into one of the following categories:
- Under-performers who, despite training & hand-holding, fell very short of the "pass mark"
- Lazy minds, who believe that they are doing a favor by turning up for work
- Fence-sitters who never manage to draw the courage to articulate their point-of-view
- Recruiters from competitors, a.k.a the universal losers!
- The I-know-it-alls, who enjoy distributing a generous serving of gas
- The backyard mavericks, who refuse to show their handsome faces to the outside world

Our offering predominantly is mission-critical. Our engagement with customers is tightly coupled with the highest form of responsibility and accountability; something we rejoice and are proud of. In the whole scheme of things, we don't have space for anybody falling in the above category. We boot them out mercilessly!
Imagine an associate, falling in any one of the above categories, asked to monitor a live heart of a acute care critical patient from a remote location ! We have zero tolerance for any person or activity that does no good to neither the individual, nor the business.
