On the 1st of September 2021 i was baking in my Samsung microwave oven and suddenly it just went dead. We unplugged and plugged back the mains, tried everything but the power would not come on. There was no smell except that the body of the micro was very very hot. I called samsung customer care and after registering my complaint sent the technician. The technician came in the evening and when he switched on the mains the micro came on. I was surprised and told the technician that it was actually dead and surprisingly now its come on. I asked him to chk wt could be the problem as to why it had gone dead and to check the coil and functions cause it went dead when i used convection function but he was like madam its come on nothing is wrong. So then i showed him the door hinge which qas broken and he told him nothing can be done it has to be changed. So i told him since he has not done anything no checking nothing to charge me less but he insisted on me paying the full amount. I told him to wait outside my front door due to covid as i wanted to call his office to explain to his boss Mr.Ravi the situation. I have never spoken to a more rude person ever till today. The man was not ready to understand that his technician had not checked the root cause of the problem and was just content that the micro which was dead had just started by putting on the mains. He was not willing to make the charge less and argued rudely stating that i threw the technician out of my door when i had only asked him to wait out due to covid. I paid the technician 300. He gave me a recipient stating 295 and wrote s charge. Since he never checked anything he has not written what service he did. If i had thrown the technician out how and why would i go and pay him? This only shows the service of Techno care and the attitude of the technician and the incharge MR.Ravi.
Now on 18th October again i was baking and the same thing happened. The micro 5his time though has come on but its not heating. I called MR.Ravi regarding the same and told him the same function has resulted in the problem which his technician was told to check but instead o[censored]nderstanding bhe starts arguing with me stating that i should have told the technician the problem and that i threw the technician out. He went on and on and refused to understand or allow me to speak. The point we are trying to make here is the micro was dead and fine it came on by him outting on the mains but isn't it the technicians job to check WHY the micro had gone dead in the first place. If he had found the cause this repeat incident could have been avoided and now it's worse cause the heating has stopped.
I have asked samsung to send me a proper technician from someother company besides techno care. Mr.Ravi needs to learn customer care and how to speak and listen to customers rather than be brash and behave like an illiterate. Ban Techno care as a service provider.
