Techprocess Payment Gateway — Bsnl top up payment through your gateway but not yet received by bsnl

I did Bsnl topup voice voucher by bsnl portal and did payment through techprocess gateway .Payment confirmed, no receipt generated, amount deducted from my account but payment not yet received by bsnl .On lodging complaint when I checked transaction on my number, there were no transaction . On 22 july I recharged from hathway website for the payment of wifi amounted 1178 but my account is debited and recharge is not done. I called many times to hathway but company are saying they didn't receive the amount kindly check it and resolve my problem soon.
