I came across an advertisement for solar led light on my face book.
I was interested in purchasing the same. Visited the takesuper.com, the on line purchase site.
On july 26 2019, i registered my name on the above mentioned site. (Copy for the confirmation of registration attached)
Following are the sequence of events
• same day initiated the purchase of 1 led light, costing around rs.249 + delivery charges rs.49 total costing rs.298/-. Paid through icici debit card
• immediately, i received the order conformation on my e-mail.
• the expected deliver date shown was 3 – 5 july 2019. On july 3, 2019 written a mail to their takesuper help desk (Takesuper helpdesk [protected]@takesuper.com)
• on july 2, 2019 when i went to the tracking site the delivery date shown was 6-8 july 2091.
• on july 5, 2019 when i went to the tracking site the delivery date shown was 8-11 july 2091. (Screen shot attached.) sent 2 mails in protest for extension of delivery date.
• after this on same day started searching their office address & contact number.
• during various searches on site came across amazon.in site, with information that takesuper were the supplier to amazon india. Previously known as goodafford, mrbeast, and have since changed the seller name. (Screen shot attached)
• visited goodafford site, for contact number but in vain.
• during this search, came across a site where number of complaints are registered, against goodafford.
• when searched for mrbest, came to know that this is a name of a youngster lives in usa, very rich, a milliner, do lot of charity, have lot of fans.
• came across a blog, on him & his richness. Debating about how he makes money?
• further came across following site address, realized that the same person have business of on line shop & he is the supplier for amazon,

• on july 6, 2019 the expected delivery changed to 9-12 july 2019.
• there is no office address & contact number available.
