I made an online purchase for Electronic DC -DC step down module from Techtonics by paying online payment on 27/9/21 video their order No. 17653. I have received a non working defective module. After writing to them they advised me to send back the above item. I spent courier charges and sent the item back to the company. They never bothered to give me a replacement or refund. They are blaming me of misuse of module from my end. The above module was never misused upon finding defect immediately sent the above module to the company as it was. I think they are deliberately putting a blame on me so that they are not willing to send me replacement
