Techtonics — Non refund or replacement of defective Dc Dc step down converter module

I have made an order for xl4015 adjustable step down module on line from techtonics ahmedabad phone no. [protected] video order no. 17653 on 27/9/2021. Paid on line payment of rs. 265/- including gst and courier. Received the module by courier on 29th. And up on testing found the above module is faulty and showing no out put voltage. Contacted them by mail and advised me to send to ahmedabad address. I sent the above module as it was received, by courier and they refused to send me a replacement or refund stating the fault is occurred from my side. They are not responding to my repeated mails. The above module up on connecting to a dc suply of 16 volts there was no out put as it was defective piece. I am waiting for replacement or refund
