Tecyard — money grabbing

I had ordered xiaomi mi drone from tacyard online side on february 13, 2019, whose money was paid by 31050 rupees through emi from the credit card of my hdfc bank, and the company was given 3 days delivery time but today till 13 march 2019 i do not have my product.
When i tried to track the product, the www.tecyard.in site did not turn on when i saw her revue, that side was described as fraud.
When i learned the money transfers from the credit card helpline number, the money went to any branch in bangalore.
As proof, sending bank statement, bill invoice, email screen shoot.
