I bought this earphones from snapdeal on 9th feb.2016 it has not been a month also, the left earphone is not working.the there is 1 year warranty period of this product.how to claim my warranty.kindly let me know.

Hello,

I purchased a Tekfusion Twinwoofer Wired in ear (black) headphones on 9th February, 2016 from Paytm. The left earphone is not working. Also mine comes with a one-year warranty. I would like to contact Tekfusion so that I can claim my warranty.
