[Resolved]  Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Complaint on Telangana Electricity department TSSPDCL

I am a resident of bolarum secunderabad - i would like to bring to your notice that without prior intimation and notice tsspdcl lineman entered our house on 6th of july 2023

By informing my old parents that they are from electricity department they broke the outer box of meter with a stone and replaced new digital meter. They also demanded 300/- from my father for which my father paid them the amount

After 1 month on 8th of august 2023 the tsspdcl lineman barged into my house and tried to hand over a notice to my old father. Which demanded my parents to visit their meter testing office at erragada. The ae also threatned us with disconnection of electricity at my home if we fail to report at testing center.

I want to ask tspdcl why are ordinary citizens being harrased?? My parents are 70 yrs old and they are worried about this whole experience. If something was really wrong they should send a notice legally and we will respond back legally.. I have come across on these forum similar cases have been faced by many other citizens.

I am attaching a picture of my meter box which was damaged by the electricity ofc lineman before replacing the new meter.
