Telechoice — Duplicate products, extremely bad customer service

I purchased a Juicer from Telechoice after they called me everyday and troubled me to buy immediately. Their long ads in TV show how excellent the juicer works. But the product they delivered is DUPLICATE!!! It is a replica of the original foreign product and these duplicates are being sold for 270 rupees in Parrys. If you want to see how bad it is before buying, please go to Parrys and have a look. Telechoice is selling this juicer for 5000 rupees!!! For example: The TV shows that the juicer can be fixed firmly to the table by attaching an Iron rod to the table and the juicer will not topple down. But the product they gave me does not have this at all, it has a very cheap rubber pad bottom which they claim will stick to the table. But it doesn't work. Everytime I turn the handle the juicer falls down. It is extremely difficult to make juice from this duplicate product. Similarly, all the other parts of the item are duplicated and don't work. Guys, please don't ever purchase from Telechoice in Porur, Chennai. I have had a very very bad experience with them and I realised what a fool I was to do this. I wanted to replace this and I have been calling them for the last 3 months everyday! They have all become familiar with my name and complaint that they simply lie to me and disconnect the phone. While forcing me to buy the product they promised me that it has 6 months warranty and they will immediately provide customer service. But for the last 3 months not a single person called me back to help me, not even once! Even their team leader Dinesh is a completely inefficient employee who is not at all fit for this job! He too disconnected the phone several times and never bothered to call back. Imagine calling them daily for 3 months and nobody responds and simple disconnects your call! This is how Dinesh manages complaints and also this is what he trains his staff members to do! I went through mental torchure when I realised how they are troubling and cheating me. There is no value for money and you will become a laughing stock among their staff members if you buy items from Telechoice. All the staff members including Dinesh treated me very badly. They are like a bunch o[censored]seless monkeys sitting in an air conditioned room, having jolly talks with colleagues, and making lots of money from innocent people like me. Im sure they have cheated lots of innocent housewives and hard-working people and are unable to manage their complaints now because it is very easy to see that the products are duplicates. Even a child can tell correctly that it is a duplicate. Not only the juicer, they are selling duplicate hair style dryer, fruit juice mixer, health drink powder, treadmill/exercise machines, etc. Please please don't buy health drink powder or any eatables from Telechoice as God only knows what rubbish they are made of and may cause severe damage to your health! Please don't take the risk with Telechoice Chennai. Please always buy exercise machines and other appliances from branded companies. The are slightly costly but they give original products and excellent service. Telechoice products are too costly and their products are duplicate and don't work and also their customer service is PATHETIC! I don't want anyone else to struggle like me. My money is gone for a waste and also my time and energy and phone bill has increased. I will never repeat this mistake again as Telechoice taught me a good lesson. All my friends and colleagues know that I bought a product from Telechoice. The ads are very attractive. They have all asked me about Telechoice and I am advising them not to buy from them, NEVER TO! Please spread awareness. This is a cunning world made of liars and immature people like Dinesh, Kumar, Karunakaran, Nandinee, Anita, Ramesh Suresh, etc.They think we can't do anything to them after suffering so much and they behave with a rude attitude. If you let other people know about these cheats, then you are doing good for others.
