I have called by a phone to purchase a samsung galaxy e7 mobile fr Rs. 5000/-. before two days I have got the parcel paid the amount and received the Laxmi yantra but not the promised mobile phone. I have beed cheated and looted for Rs. 5000/-. I want my money refund back. Please Help.
