I have order English Magic Device from http://www.myenglishmagic.com/ site online after watching TV adv. order number is : E-Magic-82964 order date 11/12/2015 14:28:26. and i have received product on 15th Dec - 15. when i open box and start device it's Defective button is not working properly and chapter is but running smoothly. i have called to customer care number and their representative said you courier the product at your own pocket and after receiving we will return you new box. i said why i have to bare courier charges so they said it's our policy. so i have read website policy properly and they have not mention anywhere that if it's defective product customer have to bare courier charges and so. i talked to call center head Ms. Chanda (reference call number :[protected] so she said ya we have not mention policy on website and you only have to bare courier charges. i am having very bad experience with Telemart and their response and even i have talk with them over 30 min and waste my time too...

recently but this product but waste of money and if i giving replace so they people tell me in education product don't have money back, so they making fool to customer
Recently buy english magic product and i'm not finding any usefulness in it, so i want to give replace, but company people told me if any educational product don't have replacement guaranty, and they not talking back so please help me.
Do not buy, worst product. Device Completely Dead even after charging.No sense of responsibility for defective product quality. The Device is not even switching on even after 3 hours of charging before 1st use.The device is completely dead. i have called to customer care number on 27/10/17, their representative(Miss Pooja) said you need to courier the product at your own pocket and after receiving we will return you new box. i said why i have to bare courier charges so they said it's our policy. so i have read website policy properly and they have not mentioned anywhere that if it's defective product customer have to bare courier charges. What if I send the product by courier paying money and again they send me defective piece, again I will courier and this will go on.I am having very bad experience with Telemart and their response and even i have talk with them over 30 min and waste my time too.
