Teleperformance — Relieving and experience letter

Hai,
I am writing this to request you to issue my relieving letter and experience letter. I had worked as Senior customer executive, Emp id : II00077105 at ambit it park, chennai branch from July 23, 2018 to Dec 2, 2019. I have successfully completed my relieving formalities.Due to some personal reasons I was unable to collect the letters at my office .
Kindly consider this request and do the needful as soon as possible.
I have mailed but no response .kindly help in this issue.

I worked as a Relationship Manager in teleperformance for AVC (Axis Bank virtual center ) I quit the organisation without serving notice period.
