Bought 600UC in Pubg Mobile for 799/-rs but i didnot recieve any. Tried contacting them, but no response i also tried to send mail to them and contact them from the in game customer support. But they just keep on sending the robot generated request to provide the details. I already provided them the transaction details and everything they asked for. But still, there is neither the sign of purchased product or the amount refund

I tried purchasing the prime membership today and had the same issue. money was deducted but didnt get the membership. Please respond

Hi. I tried to buy uc in pubg mobile. In game it is showing my purchase has failed but my money is debited through my state bank account. Also no uc is credited in my account. Please look into the matter

Hi i have made a payment for subscription on pubg mobile where they needed credit card for transaction. But i made payment from my debit card which showed error at time of transaction but money got deducted which was 85rs and subscription is also not made on google play store please review this problem and updated me.
