Tencent Games — pubg uc purchase problem

I tried to buy UC 600+60 which cost me 799. I purchased it via net banking first it showed purchase complete and after about 5 minutes it showed purchase failed i tried again and it showed insufficient balance. I cheked my account balance and i found out that my money was deducted i.e. 799 rubees is deducted from my account kindly refund my money or the UC which i purchased quick as i need to buy the Royale pass before the season ends which is in 2 days...Thank you

I purchased in pubg mobile Rs 79. The money is deducted from my account. But i can't get the product. Refund my money back to my account. My reference no. IGAFRPODL4. Purchased by state bank internet banking. Reference no. For times of money limited transaction of Rs. 79.0 from a/c on 21-March -19 is IGAFRPODL4 solve my problem as soon as possible

I paid money for buying UC but i did not receive though money was deducted from my account..Please help my refund my money
I am acttaching a screenshot of my account statment of the date and time of purchase.

I bought 60 UC for 79 INR and money was deducted from my back account.i did not recieved my uc ...
