I, Ravi Kumar Singh, from Ranchi gone through several rounds of interviews for the Examination Department:

Day 1:- September 20, 2023
Excel Test
Word Test
Letter writing Test
News Paper Advertisement test
English Grammar Test
1st round interview taken by Vice Principal (duration of interview 35 minutes)

Day 2:- September 23, 2023
2nd round of interviews was conducted by Director Mr. Mohanty and Vice Principal (duration of interview 55 minutes)
3rd round interview was taken by all Board Members (duration of interview 25 minutes)

Moreover, they are telling me verbally to work 6 days in campus without an Appointment letter or Authorization letter and Remuneration, you people are treating a highly experienced skilled person like daily wages labour.

Also, my last drawn salary was 48000/- and school is not able to pay more than 20000/- as per Mr Mohanty

If school doesn't afford highly experienced candidates they may directly inform them at that time.

Please note : The behaviour of Mr Sudhir Tiwari was very Unprofessional, he acted oversmart, and his behaviour does not justify according to his school payscale.

I request to take action on school management for treating unprofessionally towards my candidature.

Atlast, school management doesn't follow any recruitment criteria.
