I enrolled in a program offered by Testbook Skill Academy. During a Google Meet, the company’s representatives, Raja Sarkar and Pranav Nimja, explicitly committed to processing a refund for my course. They assured me that the meeting was being recorded for reference.
Despite this promise, the company is now refusing to process the refund. I have reached out multiple times through emails and calls, but I have not received any satisfactory resolution. Testbook’s failure to honor its commitments constitutes unfair business practices.
