Dear sir,
With reference to above mentioned ref & subject i would like to get your attention towards poor quality pump &motor which i have been supplied by the dealer (Kishan electronic, sumerpur, jawai bandh road [protected] on dtd december 2018, since day one i have been suffering due to the poor quality of the material supplied by the dealer, even though repeated complaints has been registered to the dealer & repeatedly the dealer has repaired the same but till date the pump is not working as per the promised performances given in the booklet, promised by the dealer & by the company, so you are kindly requested to take note of the same & give me some relieve, so you are kindly requested to give me replacement or i would be forced to file complaint to the consumer forum & make a police file & claim for a hefty compensation. & issue a leagal notice from my attorney regarding the above matter.
