Textron Company — complaint against the company without any confirmation call they sent agreement with my signature

Hi, please help me in this issue. I have got a call from the company to ask if i am interested to work in online data entry job. I said yes and they said that i will get an confirmation call. But first i got agreement letter with my signature . Now after 10 days they called me and said they have filed a case against me . And asking me to pay tbe money. Please help me for this issue.
