Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Bus driver did not stop the bus at bus stop even after banging the door and noticing me struggling to catch the bus

Yesterday on 19.02.25 in evening around 6.40pm at Majiavada stop, bus no. 61, Borivade Gaon (Hawarecity) did not stop at the bus stop. Bus no. was MH04, XQ9165. i am 55 yr old female Sir, the driver notices and ignored me. As a result i banged both the door, but then too he did not opned the door, conductor also was only looking at m and not notift the driver to open the door. From the first door also near the i was trying to bang but driver did not opened the door. Finally i had to take the rikshar the catch the same bus at MANPADA STOP. wHEN I ASKD THE CONDUCTOR WHY THEY HAVE NOT STOP THE BUS SHE SAID IT IS NOT MY DUTY TO STOP THE BUS, MY DUTY IS ONLY TO GIVE THE TICKETS. THEN FINALLY i ASKED DRIVER THE SAME THIND AND HE REPLIED VERY RUDELY JITHEY JAICHA AHE JAA MI GHABRAT NAHI. MAJHI MARJI.
Sir, this the way they treating the people that too with female commuter. please look into the matter seriously as I am going to take matter to higher ups also.
