Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — bus no 64 anand nagar

Hi

I'm one of your regular passenger travelling with your TMT bus no 64 Anand Nagar service from Mumbra Station to Anand Nagar ghodbunder road between 12:45pm to 1:15pm.

I have some serious issue with your service of TMT bus No 64 Anand Nagar, most of the time your bus driver not using wooden no plate board which is on your bus display, some times not using correct bus no and telling to passengers this bus is not going to Anand Nagar going to Thane station.

Then I'll use auto to go majiwada, but when I'll reach majiwada bus stop so same bus with same bus driver going to Anand Nagar, some time your 64 bus not halting at majiwada stop bus conductor shutting all the windows and both doors & going from side further to Anand Nagar, some time bus driver changing route of bus not taking from kalwa retibunder and change the route to directly highway of that majiwada.

Some times 2 or 3 buses is there behind back to back with in 1 minute but with same board or vulbur telling by conductor Thane Station west via Court Naka, but when I reach majiwada stop same bus I saw going to Anand Nagar.

Today 13 sep 24 timing 2:10pm around I walking towards majiwada bus stop behind me 1 bus came and I didn't saw which bus is that and this bus is full with travellers, behind that Anand Nagar 64 no small yellow bus came which is not full and not empty so I m trying to step up on that bus butv your female conductor pointing me with her finger to step up on that full bus, This things Also your employees doing many times.

This serious issue with passengers please audit or check your cameras if it is working, I m sure many of passengers who is travelling regularly with your bus service no 64 Anand Nagar facing the same problem.

We are also same like you guys earning hard effort money. Not everyone is affordable to travel everyday with cabs or taxis & main things is our government providing the easy and reasonable Facilities to us so why I put my money to other expensive transport.

Please do the needful with this issues.
