Pathetic service by tmt bus no 77 waiting from 01:10 pm till 04:00 no bus at bus station in airoli.. No live update as promised by tmt department. Worst ever service waiting for three hours now no service tmt app is also pathetic does not show any real time update and to top it all when you call on complaint number either they dont pick up or they behave as in you are an animal

Thane bus no 56 tikujini wadi bus r not running ontime... always between 12- 1only one bus came in a hr, as per time table there r 3busses but all bus goes to aanand nagar depot... asper schedule its sholuld b in every 20mins...
