Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — indecent behavior with physically handicapped person

I am a physically handicapped person having a valid tmt free pass. I tried to board bus no.112 from thane station to lodha paradise. Scheduled ar 8.20 p. M. On 23.04.2019. I requested the conductor and driver to allow me to board the bus from front gate since being the rush hour there was heavy rush. They out rightly refused me and said no one is allowed to board from front gate. I showed them the pass issued by tmt, but they kept arguing and shouting we wont allow. Bus no. Is
