Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Issue regarding mulund bus no. 122 and 110

Please check below.,

1. FREQUENCY OF BUS
I daily travel to wagle estate from Vartaknagar, since there is lack of mulund bus frequency so facing issue of too much rush and delay for other works.

2.NEGLIGENCE
Sometimes Bus driver won't stop bus at bus stop even though there is no rush or enough place for standing. same incidence happen with me today Bus no is MH04EP0852 at 09:03 AM.

3. BREAK TIME
My Parents are daily gone to physiotherapist at dharmaveer nagar mostly there timings are after 12PM, so everyday after treatment done its almost 2'O Clock and they never get Bus no. 122 after waiting for 1 to 2 hours.
we saw that at afternoon after 1 PM directly at 4:00 pm there is bus service start so is there 3 hours of breaktime granted to them?

Kindly look into above issues, It has been problematic to all but mostly aged one.
Please resolve the same on priority.
