Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Regarding worst behavior of Drivers and Conductor, poor bus service

Dear Sir
We, the people of bhiwandi already suffering a lot due to worst transport facility at Bhiwandi bus services.
89 bus from Narpoli to Chendani koliwada is the only option for us to reach Thane.
Due to overcrowding of bus, and most rude behavior of Drivers and Conductor, we are facing a lot of issues. The driver didn't even half buses at their respective stop, ad after asking from passenger they start shouting and abusing to passenger.. Request you to please look into this matter

Driver and conductor of 89 bus, don't even halt bus at their respective stoppages. Very rude and worst behavior of Drivers and conductors of this bus. They don't even talk or reply to passengers in proper manner, if asked for any enquiry about Bhiwandi bus. Requesting to higher authorities to take necessary action, providing smooth travelling of passengers, increasing bus frequency of 89 bus.
