Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Starting bus before time

Address: Anand Nagar TMT Bus depo , Ghodbunder Road , Thane west

I usually travel from Thane station to Boriwade Village by bus No. 61 (Thane station to Hawarecity).
Timing of the bus: 7: 15 PM
The frequency of the bus has a gap of 1 hour
Most of the time the bus conductor and the ground staff move the 7: 15 PM bus before time (10 to 15 minutes early) and we miss the bus and has to wait 1 hour for the next bus.
Again it has happened yesterday[protected]
The TMT staffs are very rude in their behavior
