Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — thane municipal transport (tmt) misbehave by outsider conductor

Dear madam\sir,
My name is prakash p padave living in mumbai, we have daily travel in bus no 59 & 12 from thane station to subhash nagar. On dated 10th april 2018 @ 7.30 a. M.
Thane west management arrange the facility to outsider conductor for tmt bus ticket arrangement, but said person behave rudely and indecently. As per my information is duty to help the people as well as bus conductor, but he hold the bus till completion of work, i ask him to release the bus at the destination. He fired at me in high ton and indecently despite my request to have a decent behaviour but he continue to do so. I told him if you will not behave with the passengers they will go in other place. He arrogantly replied "mein tumhara nokar nahi hu, jo mein bolega vaisa hi hoga”" he was even insensitive to the tmt business. He also refused to share his name & batch number. Such type of incident reflected in outside areas & road jam due to short areas. They can not release the bus; all people not happy such type of activities they cannot reach the office time
He was not having basic sense of customer service.
