I am Mahesh Solanki
I did not have cash, then the bus conductor said that if you do not have cash, then you get down from the TMT bus, and the conductor asked the driver to stop the bus where there was no bus stop and the conductor asked me to get down midway. So I told the TMT bus conductor that you can't drop me anywhere in the middle of the way, I wanted to get a ticket from Diva Shilphata to Apna Bazaar Vashi Sector 1 and when the TMT conductor did not listen to me. A migrant customer gave me Rs 5 which was falling short of my ticket fare. My journey was from Diva Shilphata to Vashi Apna Bazar, the fare was Rs 22. and i only had 17 rupees
So the ticket conductor without saying anything to me, without coming to any bus stop, stopped the bus midway and asked me to get down from the bus and when I told him that you do not have online scanner he told that we have to go through TMT. Scanner is not provided. And they do not give us TMT transport scanner, the bus conductor told me so, so in the present time, the whole of India is providing online service and India is becoming cash equipped, then why are you not able to give online payment in TMT transport service? .

And I want to make a request to you, that if your Karma Chari does not have a scanner, then is there a law to drop the migrant customer at any place, if such TMT Karma Chari can drop any migrant customer at the bus stop? Apart from this, will you drop them anywhere in the middle of the way and will TMT take full responsibility if anything happens to the migrant customer at the place of dropping them, like an accident, robbery, or anything else? It is written on the door where you board the bus that only those with cash should travel, otherwise they should not travel. Once inside the bus, if the migrant customer does not have cash then why would you drop the migrant anywhere in the middle of the road. It is the fault of your employee who does not have a scanner for online payment. I request the TMT that your Karma Chaari should not drop any migrant customer anywhere in the middle of the road.
I request you not to do what your TMT bus conductor employee did to me with anyone else. I am attaching the photo of the bus conductor and the photo of the bus in which I was traveling. I request you to take action against them. Is mine.
