Sir we are regular tax player residing in lodha amara and taking thane kolseth bus service it's found frequency is minimal and not according to population of area instead it's found some route buses goes empty on another route. Thane station seems not managed by anyone and services found totally ineffective . Why we should wait for bis for hrs and hrs after travelling by train . Please look into it make improvement.
