Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — tmt bus service route no. 52

Bus no 52. Timings (Scheduled) 9:10 am.
This bus is never on time. It gets late each and every day. It either gets late or gets cancelled due to vague reasons. When questioned they say buses are not available or breakdown or any other reason. Buses running on same route but different timings do not face such issues on regular basis. This bus always has some or the other issue on daily basis. Even today, the bus was again late by 10 mins and moreover it broke down mid way. The conductor just said we all need to get down. But what about the ticket fare we had already paid and extra money we had to spend to travel by other medium? Is tmt going to compensate for that? What are we passengers supposed to do? Ticket fare is also higher than other bus services. But services are worst. Please answer or this complaint is going to higher officers.
