Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — tmt bus timing in mira road

Today, 7th march 2018, i was waiting for tmt bus at mira road station, as per timetable it should leave by 10:00 am but it came late, and it started off at 10.25 am. Is there any one in tmt who keeps track of his timings. What i've observed at mira road, when bus reach here, they go for a break for tea/coffee, if that break is for 5 mins, it's understandable but generally it takes longer than that. I don't think there is any timetable which is followed in Mira Road, I never got bus on time, Kindly look into this if there is any responsible person in TMT.

As per driver & conductor of TMT bus no HY 1760 bus no 52 no get hoult on majiwada naka stop for last 2 years . While as I m daily travelling all TMT buses stops at same stop. Regarding same issue both are arguing with me. They doesn't stop bus on majiwada naka stop . They drop me in between the highway. Kindly raise complaint & share call id no.
