Respected sir,
I am Vijay Aravindan from Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu. We bought a new car in my mother's name 2 months back. We have sent Rs. 90, 890/- (Ninety thousand eight hundred and ninety rupees only) on 11.04.2019, for the purpose of registration of my new vehicle through 'parivahan.gov.in' website. The amount was debited from my mother's account, but from RTO's side its showing as 'transaction failure'. From that date till now, I am unable to register my vehicle. There was no proper response from the RTO office. After regular visit for nearly a month, RTO gave a letter to the concerned bank, stating that 'the transaction was a failure'. But the bank clearly states that, the amount has been credited to the concerned authority and they too issued us a letter stating the same. Now we are in a blind state of where to solve this issue.
As a last hope, I am sending you this mail. Please help us in this regard. Following are the details of the concerned issue.
