I purched FLIX POWER BANK(PB) on 08th October 2021 in THE CHENNAI MOBILES (Ambattur)branch Rs.690 they have given me open box pic while asking they told that won't be problem but I have not use the power bank more than 2time now that PB wasn't working properly battery was drained from my mobile itself and they have give one year warranty and I ask for replacement they told that they won't do it I am ready to pay extra amount for good probuct but I can't able use this Defect product so pls do the needful I have attached the SALES INVOICE
