Today (14/05/2018) my mom visited tuticorin branch chennai silks @9.00am so as to avail the offer which is available from 9-10 am everyday. While entering into the shop she handed over her saree which was kept inside the bag to the shop workers as they were not allowed to carry anything inside the shop. When she came out after shopping she found that her saree was gone missing. Then we had a conversation with the spokesperson over this issue and we found that everyone's properties were collected without any pass or identity about the possession of ownership and kept aside like a garbage and we shocked to see and really worried about the carelessness of the chennai silks workers. Finally we had no other choice but to leave the premise. So kindly look at this matter and give a solution.
