I bought a vivaha brand sari a week ago for my own wedding and thinking that the sari would be perfect. Even after looking at the disclaimer mentioned in the site under the product description.
You said color might vary but i didn't expect the brightness would hit me hard as it looked good in the picture and before i made this purchase i also looked at the exchange policy and they clearly mentioned that if i don't like the product i can return it but chennai silks will pay me back with a store card. I felt it a fair deal only if i didn't like the sari i return it and buy a different sari with the same store card at chennai silks.
Now the issue is the stores won't accept the return of this online purchase and also i came to know that you guys won't accept this bridal sari as this doesn't come under the return policy, how am i supposed to know that this doesn't come under the bridal policy?? I get a feeling that i got duped here.
You guys didn't add that under the disclaimer or under the exchange policy or in the order receipt, i'm pretty sure that i didn't see the same while doing the checkout payment as well, i don't see it anywhere. I spent 28k on the sari and got duped here.
